How You'll Make Your Mark

In this position, you'll…

  • Developing category management processes in the entire ALDI/HOFER organisation by using industry-related best practices and horizon scanning for new methods
  • Assuming process responsibilities to gain new insights by using business intelligence and analyses
  • Strategically developing applications in order to improve decision-making in the Buying Services teams
  • Professionally leading, coordinating and motivating an international team
  • Managing different global projects within the Assortment Planning and Control team in close cooperation with the International IT teams (IIT) and ALDI SOUTH Group business
  • Evaluating and globally aligning new business requirements and developing capabilities
  • Comprehensively examining processes in liaison with other functional areas

Candidate Profile

The requirements for the role are…

  • Professional experience in buying processes and procedures
  • Experience in leading a team and managing the associated administrative tasks
  • Experience in project and/or process management
  • Feeling comfortable and confident with working in an internationally diverse environment and organisation
  • Good English language skills, German skills are beneficial
  • A positive and determined attitude with a high level of self-motivation and strong communication skills
  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced work environment, to consistently meet deadlines and to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to assess risks and issues and find proactive solutions together with your team

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from EUR 96.800.-*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
