Project Manager (m/w/d)

The Project Manager in XXXLdigital manages, communicates, and coordinates projects based on the together defined needs of the internal customers and uses agile / classic processes to deliver maximum value. The project Manager acts as the connector of the involved departments and must therefore have a deep understanding of the expected outcome of the project. The project manager requires a strong understanding of technology, business processes, customer centricity and (agile / classic) project management methodologies and ideally has an interest in the trade related topics. The Project Manager is also responsible for defining, documenting, and communicating project scope, requirements and objectives to stakeholders and ensuring the success of an implementation (e.g., initiate trainings, communicate changes to users).

Aufgaben:

• Initiate, define, and plan projects from the beginning together with the assigned roles according to the strategy and goals.
• Act as a liaison between the business and technology teams to ensure that cross functional product or project objectives are met.
• Plan and understand timelines, involve the right resources, communicate progress, and ensure the allocated budget is adhered to.
• Lead final testing for approval with stakeholders to ensure that software meets business requirements and standards.
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with stakeholders or senior management to communicate progress and obtain feedback.
• Manage supplier relationships, support, or lead the negotiation of contracts and the definition of SLAs based on business' requirements in case of a project status.
• Conduct project wrap ups once finished (project retros, lessons learned and project documentation).
• Identify and manage project risks and dependencies and develop contingency plans.

Qualifikationen:

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and networking skills as you will be managing a wide range of stakeholders.
• Ideally first experience in trade or e-commerce related field.
• Strong story telling skills, as well as audience-based communication as you will be working with various levels (junior to senior, novice to expert); demonstrate creativity in the approach / use of tools.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager (or similar role).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and (agile / classic) project management methodologies.
• Interest in trade/IT related topics.
• Very organised and well structured, pragmatic, and empathic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented but complex, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Negotiation and conflict management skills with the ability to say "no".
• Being comfortable in an international, multi-language environment. Mandatory: Fluent in English AND German.
• Bachelor's degree or 2+ years' experience as Project Manager or in related business field.
• Coaching skills.
• Knowledge of the project management software Confluence and JIRA beneficial.
• Certifications of agile and/or classic Project Management (PMI, IPMA…) are an advantage.

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt, bei Berufseinstieg je nach Qualifikation/Ausbildung EUR 43.000,00 brutto p.a. (Vollzeit) - eine weitere Überzahlung ist je nach Berufserfahrung selbstverständlich möglich und erfolgt marktkonform.
