Your Role

You are interested to become an expert test engineer, with solid experience in mixed signal testing? Join us in an international team and you will play a key role in implementing the highest automotive standards in the semiconductor industry.

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Specification and development of automated test programs for highly complex analog and mixed-signal circuits in deep-sub-µ CMOS technologies for automotive products (main tester systems Advantest 93000, SMT7 and SMT8)
• Test program implementation for AD/DA converters, switched-mode power supply, clock generation and more
• Definition of test cases, in a very close collaboration with concept and design engineers
• Cost driven test development approach
• Including Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in the daily work

You exhibit and promote an awareness for quality in your area of work and share information comprehensively and effectively.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Master degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 2+ years work experience in semiconductor testing
• Solid experience in semiconductor test development and a good knowledge of analog circuits
• Strong background in IC measurement both in the lab and on main ATE platforms (preferred: v93k)
• Ability to define measurement methods both for product characterization and qualification/production test on ATE
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) experience is a plus
• Software skills (C/C++, Java)
• Fluent English skills

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-wages-blue-collar-workers-2025.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
