Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

As our new Staff Specialist, you will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the high-voltage GaN portfolio, helping to drive go-to-market activities and strengthen customer engagement. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute market insights, competitive analysis, and business case input to support product development and the evolution of the portfolio roadmap.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-voltage GaN products: Define and implement effective product marketing strategies to position our high-voltage GaN portfolio for long-term growth and market leadership.
• Drive lead customer engagement and go-to-market activities: Partner closely with strategic customers and internal teams to accelerate adoption, strengthen the opportunity pipeline, and expand market penetration.
• Shape and manage the HV GaN product roadmap: Define and continuously evolve the product roadmap to future-proof the portfolio and ensure alignment with emerging market needs and technology trends. You will take full ownership of the HV GaN product portfolio.
• Guide product development from a market perspective: Support development programs as the marketing expert by providing competitive insights, scenario planning, and business case analysis to help steer product definition and investment decisions.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships: Establish trusted partnerships with key stakeholders across international Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management to ensure effective collaboration and successful product launches.

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or a related field. Additional education or training in business management, marketing, or strategy is considered an advantage
• Strong marketing capabilities with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer value propositions. Experience in marketing technically sophisticated products - such as controllers, power semiconductors, or multi-chip solutions - is highly desirable
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the semiconductor industry, with a demonstrated track record of strong customer focus and successful market engagement
• A collaborative mindset and the willingness to work effectively in a cross-cultural, globally distributed organization, including coordination across multiple time zones
  Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. German language skills are a plus

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
