Key responsibilities in your new role

Join our team and drive business growth in the MV MOSFET sector through i nnovation and customer engagement. You'll lead product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and s tay ahead of industry trends to shape the future of power semiconductor technology.

  • Support and execute design-in strategies to drive business growth and market leadership in MV MOSFET, with a focus on close customer interaction, requirements collections and roadmap contribution
  • Have ownership of a dedicated MV MOSFET voltage range
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales efforts that meet the needs of target applications and customers
  • Act as Project Owner for product development projects
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in these segments through market research and analysis, including: Analyzing market data and trends, and engaging with industry experts and thought leaders

Your Profile

With a keen entrepreneurial spirit, you're driven to uncover new market opportunities and capitalize on them in fast-paced, dynamic environments. You're also a skilled communicator, able to adapt your approach to win over others in sensitive situations, building trust and fostering strong relationships along the way.

  • A university / university of applied sciences degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the Power Semiconductors industry, with a focus on Product Marketing, Applications, or Engineering roles
  • A proven track record of delivering business results, driving market leadership, and expanding revenue growth in the Semiconductor or Electronics industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, and effectively collaborate to drive business outcomes
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex challenges, develop strategic solutions, and implement tactical plans, combining a detail-oriented approach with critical and strategic thinking
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills. German is a plus

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2023/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2024.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
