Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Agile Transformation Communications: Accompanying the "agile transformation" at Infineon in Austria from a communication perspective
• Internal Communications and Social Media: Supporting our Agile Excellence Team in internal communication and social media topics, e.g. by defining and publishing targeted campaigns and creating posts
• Communications Strategy and Channel Development: Contributing to the creation and development of our communication strategy and social media concepts, e.g. through research and evaluation of existing and new channel functions
• Agile Initiatives Marketing and Internal Communication: Marketing and internal communication of our agile initiatives

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

You successfully meet the requirements, if you are a motivated and committed student (f/m/div) from the field of economics, media and communication sciences, humanities, industrial engineering or similar. You are best equipped for this task if you additionally offer:

• Technical Skills: Ideally some work experience in (social media) marketing and/or PR and are passionate about it, knowledge with social media management tools or platforms, as well as KPIs for social media and online communications, skills in the area of agile methods and an interest in (agile) business transformations
• Organizational Skills: A self-motivated and curious working style with good communication skills and the ability of working effectively in an international team across other departments, enjoy organizing and conceptual work is one of your strengths
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and German language

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2024/04/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2025.pdf).
