partners for systematic medical biomarker research.

To strengthen our team, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious, committed

Quality Management Expert with Experience in ISO certification (all genders)

Total Quality Management Tasks:

• Support in the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015
• Preparation for ISO 9001 certification
• Assisting in the preparation of internal and external audits, associated document creation and management
• Creation and updating of necessary QM documents
• Sound knowledge of ISO 9001 (ISO 15189 or ISO 13485 is an advantage)
• Independent and goal-oriented way of working
• Strong assertiveness and the ability to initiate changes within the company
• • Enjoy structured documentation of processes and results
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Willingness for continuous training in the area of quality management
• Preparation of processes and tasks for CBmed towards implementation of ISO 15189
• Continuous improvement of company-wide quality methods and procedures
• Review and alignment of QM systems components according to the CBmed quality policy
• Assisting the TQM Manager in overall rollout of quality related tasks within the organization

Skills and Abilities:

• Several years of experience with the ISO certification
• Preferable experience with ISO 15189 and rollout within entire organizations (medical or automotive business)
• Advanced Project Management skills
• Advanced spoken and written English and German
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

We offer an unlimited contract with a monthly salary from EUR 3200 gross based on 40 hours/week. Start date 01.05.2024 or earlier.
