We are looking for motivated candidates to join our Legal team in Vienna in this critical role as
Senior Legal Counsel (f/m/d)
Vienna, full time (38.h/week)
Your Responsibilities
Advising on products and services in all legal areas of digital retail banking and GDPR matters
Supporting the implementation of innovative projects and further development of existing products
Reviewing, drafting and negotiating of contracts with business partners and drafting of customer documentation
Advising on corporate law and regulatory matters
Monitoring and analyzing legal and regulatory developments at national and EU level
Your Skills & Qualifications
Austrian Law degree; preferably bar exam
Five+ years of experience in a retail bank and/or a commercial law firm with a focus on banking and finance law
Ability to analyze complex legal issues and to understand economic context
Excellent contract drafting skills
High degree of initiative and accuracy, structured working methods and excellent communication skills
Ability to take ownership for the dedicated area of support and a high problem-solving competence
Fluent in German and English

Salary
Depending on your skills and experience we offer a competitive compensation package starting from gross EUR 80.000 p.a. (All-In).
