Financial Management Analyst (f/m/d)

Duties and Responsibilities:

This role serves as a key financial partner to multiple teams, acting as the primary point of contact between finance and program leadership. You’ll manage a wide range of financial operations and provide strategic guidance to help leaders make informed decisions about budgets, funding, and program priorities.

Qualifications and competencies we seek:

We are looking for a quick learner with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, who is able to deal with a broad range of personnel in a sometimes-stressful environment:

  • Completion of upper secondary schooling in business studies/commercial school (e.g. HAK Matura),

  • Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible work of a program / technical / administrative / financial nature where emphasis is placed on analytical, judgmental, and expository abilities. At least two of the three years in accounting and budgeting,

  • Knowledge of Financial management and accounting oversight, budget planning, execution, and advisory support, management of specialized funding streams, oversight of internal service funds, tax-related reconciliation processes,

  • Fluent in German and English,

  • Advanced computer and keyboard skills to efficiently and accurately perform financial data entry. Advanced mathematical/numerical skills for use Excel, budget modules, statistics, presentation of reports, etc.
