Financial Management Analyst (f/m/d)
Duties and Responsibilities:
This role serves as a key financial partner to multiple teams, acting as the primary point of contact between finance and program leadership. You’ll manage a wide range of financial operations and provide strategic guidance to help leaders make informed decisions about budgets, funding, and program priorities.
Qualifications and competencies we seek:
We are looking for a quick learner with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, who is able to deal with a broad range of personnel in a sometimes-stressful environment:
Completion of upper secondary schooling in business studies/commercial school (e.g. HAK Matura),
Minimum of three years of progressively more responsible work of a program / technical / administrative / financial nature where emphasis is placed on analytical, judgmental, and expository abilities. At least two of the three years in accounting and budgeting,
Knowledge of Financial management and accounting oversight, budget planning, execution, and advisory support, management of specialized funding streams, oversight of internal service funds, tax-related reconciliation processes,
Fluent in German and English,
Advanced computer and keyboard skills to efficiently and accurately perform financial data entry. Advanced mathematical/numerical skills for use Excel, budget modules, statistics, presentation of reports, etc.
