YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide in-depth knowledge of the local market, its people and our customers and their Life at Home. You take Leadership for our most important customers: the IKEA Family members.
• Establish, maintain & develop long-term relationships with local communities, authorities, opinion leaders and other external stakeholders. You will identify the key challenges in the local community and identify how to be a partner in co-creating solutions to those challenges.
  •Take the lead in designing, planning & executing events in the store and IKEA WBH Social Media strategy (analyse, planning and execution)
• Actively contribute to our sustainability agenda (PPP strategy). You will support us in becoming known as the pioneer for sustainability and social responsibility on the local market. You will - engage the members of the communities in ensuring that we will fulfill our ambition: to be become the most sustainable Store in the world.
• Actively cooperate with in-store and country sparring partners in the area of Commercial (CAL), Marketing, Communications and Sustainability.

The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR2362,- gross per month (full-time). We offer a minimum gross salary of EUR2550,- per month for this position. It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences. Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview. Part-time employment is possible from 30 hours per week.

Your working hours: according to the work schedule, from Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week, including every second Saturday and events.
