Your responsibilities

You will:

  • drive the end-to-end marketing expense process across all business divisions, ensuring complete oversight, tracking, and control of divisional marketing budgets

  • plan, monitor, and report on marketing expenditures in alignment with allocated divisional budgets and financial targets (supporting system entry where required)

  • approve marketing expenditures, rigorously verifying that all system entries are accurate, justified, and supported by appropriate documentation

  • lead monthly closing preparations, including robust data consolidation and executing necessary transactional steps within the NERP system

  • communicate and coordinate effectively across a diverse network of internal and external partners, specifically acting as a bridge between divisional marketing teams, the Corporate Controlling department, and the Shared Service Center (SSC)

  • develop and maintain standardized reporting tailored to the specific needs of all key stakeholders as internal official documentation

Your profile

You:

  • hold a university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a similar field

  • bring several years of experience in a similar role (highly preferred)

  • possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Power BI and AI tools is a strong advantage

  • are fluent in German and English, with very good written and spoken communication skills in both languages

  • are highly communicative, service-oriented, and genuinely enjoy working with numbers

  • work independently, methodically, and with outstanding attention to detail

  • are flexible, resilient, and able to perform well under pressure

Salary
