Business Development Manager (f/m/d)

Tasks:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Establish partnerships with key stakeholders including pharmaceutical companies, research institutions, and other industry players.
• Develop and implement business strategies for revenue growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations.
• Participate in negotiations for contracts and licensing agreements.

Skills and Abilities:

• University degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of biotech, healthcare or pharmaceutical business development experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of successful deal closures and revenue generation.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities.

We offer an unlimited contract with a yearly salary of EUR 60 000 gross based on 40 hours/week. Overpayment is possible, depending on qualifications and work experience.
