• Be responsible for the whole recruiting process
• Suggest the best recruiting methods, sources, & platforms
• Do active sourcing
• Create talent pools
• Support HR business partners & hiring managers with your recruiting know-how
• Consult on best approaches to successfully close key and complex positions
• Cooperate with recruiting agencies or headhunters
• Guarantee the best possible candidates' journey
• Co-create & implement improvements in recruiting process

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, psychology, business administration or relevant work experience
• Passionate about Recruitment, Active Sourcing and Talents Acquisition
• At least 2 years of experience at recruiting agency or international business
• Awareness of latest recruitment trends and sourcing approaches
• Excellent communication skills in German & English (min. B2)
• Approaching personality with a mind set to improve things
• Experience in IT or searches for engineering positions is of advantage

A salary in line with the market is offered for this position, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience.

We are required by law to state a minimum salary. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is 40.830,02 EUR (based on a full time-employment) according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry).
