Your job

In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the talent and learning agenda for an international 5000+ people organization. You will drive the company's talent management, people review processes and will have overall responsibilities for various talent, learning and development initiatives.

  • collaborate with all internal stakeholders including Senior Management and Functional Heads and act as the central contact point with regards to talent and leadership development
  • analyze business and market trends, stay tuned with best practices and act as knowledge broker
  • evaluate and conduct training needs analysis, understand functional learning requirements and coordinate appropriate learning solutions
  • continuously enhance the learning culture of our company, drive the advancement of talent and leadership development programs and monitor progress
  • network with external training providers for the delivery of leadership trainings and people development measures

Your profile

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience in HR-Management and / or Training and Learning, preferably in an international organization
  • strategically and conceptually savvy with proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development programs and learning solutions
  • best practice knowledge with regards to training providers and business schools
  • a convincing and authentic communicator and presenter with strong networking skills
  • enjoys working with people, strong "hands-on" mentality, likes to build something from scratch and is comfortable in a dynamic, international environment
  • fluent in German and English

Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of EUR 66.404,- p.a. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
