The Global HR Information Systems Team at our headquarters owns the design and development of a global HRIS strategy using all current technologies and touching on all areas of HR system functions.

To further develop the team, we are looking for a highly engaged BI HR Specialist who is motivated to work with our experts and managers in the global HRIS and IT Team in a dynamic environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

MAINTENANCE & SUPPORT OF EXISTING BI HR SOLUTIONS

In this role you'll be responsible to manage enhancements projects and change requests for our existing BI HR solutions and to ensure internal documentation is up to date.

Furthermore, you'll support the user authorisation process for BI solutions and be responsible for the incident coordination.

IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW BI HR SOLUTIONS

You'll be involved in the implementation of new BI HR solutions from the business conception until implementation, testing and training.

STAKEHOLDER RELATIONS

In this exciting role you´ll engage with HR teams to get an understanding of their needs and challenges. Furthermore, you will closely work with our other HRIS Centers of Expertise and act as an important interface for our IT partners.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 1 - 2 years of practical experience with reporting and analysis tools - ideally within HR
  • Data-savvy with interest in seeing how data is used in the HR context
  • Experience in tool such as BI HR, SAP HR or SAP Analytics Cloud would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills to address all levels within the HR and other Red Bull departments
  • Profound presentation and project management skills
  • Open minded team player with the ambition to grow
  • Able to work in a fast moving environment managing multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel
  • University / Bachelor's Degree (e.g.: Human Resources and / or Information Technology)
  • English is a must; any additional language is beneficial

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 1.985 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
