(Linux) System Engineer (M/F/D)

About the Role

  • Design, implement, and manage existing server and service infrastructures with a focus on availability, stability, and timely updates for our customers

  • Ensure compliance with QTSP regulations and adherence to SLA requirements in daily operations

  • Drive the continuous development and modernization of our infrastructure

  • Act as an interface between Product Management and Software Development, coordinating requirements across different departments

  • Respond to system outages and service irregularities, ensuring fast and effective resolution

  • Automate operational processes to ensure a reliable and efficient system environment

Your Profile

  • Completed technical education (University, University of Applied Sciences, or Higher Technical College)

  • Proven experience as a Linux System Engineer

  • Strong analytical skills, especially in high-availability environments

  • Solid knowledge of process automation and scripting (Bash and/or other languages)

  • Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, Python)

  • Good command of English (written and spoken) - German is a plus

  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

We offer for this position a package starting at € 60.000,- gross per year on a full-time basis. Depending on qualifications and professional experience a market-oriented overpayment is intended.
