Your tasks

• Ensure regulatory compliance of the global delfort product portfolio.
• Monitor and assess regulatory developments (e.g. PPWR, REACH, CLP, food contact materials, sustainability regulations) and translate them into business actions.
• Develop and maintain group-wide regulatory policies, processes, and standards.
• Lead and coordinate the international network of Regulatory Affairs experts across business units and locations.
• Act as contact for authorities, certification bodies, customers, and industry associations.
• Support product development, portfolio management, and market access from a regulatory perspective.
• Drive compliance initiatives across the supply chain.
• Advise management on regulatory risks, opportunities, and strategic implications.

Your skills

• University degree in a scientific, technical, or regulatory-related field.
• Several years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a related function.
• Strong knowledge of relevant EU and international regulations.
• Experience working in an international industrial environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in English and German
