Aufgabengebiet

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 25 skilled workers in the fabrication shop
  • Plan and coordinate production orders, including workforce allocation
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements
  • Optimize workflows and monitor maintenance activities within the facility
  • Manage material and tool procurement and inventory control
  • Train and onboard new employees; maintain production KPIs and documentation
  • Monitor productivity hours and allocate them to respective projects
  • Support the preparation of project-specific fabrication documentation (AS-BUILT)

Skill-Set

  • Completed technical education (apprenticeship, vocational school, or master craftsman) in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or metalworking
  • Several years of experience in fabrication shops or as a site supervisor
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
  • Solid knowledge of common manufacturing processes (welding, bending, drilling, etc.)
  • Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and assertiveness
  • Fluent in German (minimum Level C1) and English; Slavic language skills are an advantage
  • Confident in MS Office; valid driving license (forklift license preferred)
