Job description

Hardware development at Infineon Automotive is becoming more and more agile. In order to drive this agile transformation, we are looking for Agile Team Coaches.

In your new role you will:

  • Work with the organization to improve organizational structures and bring agile elements into daily work
  • Integrate agile methods also into classical project organizations
  • Coach the Development/Project Teams, Product Owner/Project Manager, Management and other stakeholders within the organization about agile culture and development
  • Improve the team members' self-managing skills in order to maximize team performance and foster collaboration within the team
  • Organize, manage and facilitate agile working methods while considering relevant business processes at Infineon
  • Design and implement agile scaling frameworks
  • You will be part of a team of agile team coaches located at different development centers, also supporting (virtual) cross-site projects

Profile

You have a sound experience in teaching/training and coaching development teams into an agile
organization. You are able to manage teams with a team-oriented and cooperative approach. You have a positive
mindset and you can motivate people. Your strong
communication skills help you to successfully drive projects and to come to quick decisions.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A degree in electrical engineering or business management or related fields or relevant working experience
  • 2-3 years of experience in HW development and or 2-3 years of experience as an agile team coach
  • Solid experience in agile product development and agile engineering as well as sound knowledge of classical project management methods
  • Solid experience in methods like Kanban, Scrum, lean management, business process reengineering, change management, Flight Levels, Design Thinking, … as well as agile scaling methods. As we want to build up a team of Agile Coaches, you fit best if you have basic knowledge on several agile methods and expert knowledge on two or more of these methods.
  • You are able to quickly establish a successful cooperation and communicate openly, clearly and coherently
  • Thrive for high quality standards and work perseveringly on making things better, faster and more effective and efficient
  • Professional experience in some area of semiconductor development or semiconductor manufacturing is a strong plus

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, employment group H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
