To promote further constant growth we are expanding our Business Applications team and are looking for an ambitious IT - ERP FI/CO Project Manager. In this position, you will manage international ERP projects in the area of FI/CO. Working closely together with the business departments; you will analyse and improve business processes, act as project leader and manage external IT consultants.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Project Management of international ERP projects in the area of FI/CO by using the IT Project Management guideline

Analyse the business needs and problems of end user

Draft solution concepts together with internal and external partners

PROCESS MANAGEMENT

Identify and develop integrated processes across the application landscape with a powerful project management

Manage and direct the technical implementation of new processes/functions

Global Support (3rd level) of ERP systems within the regular business application support structure

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

Develop time schedules and budgets for relevant projects

Plan and manages the effective allocation of budget resources to business requirements

PARTNER MANAGEMENT

Plan external resource needs according to project requirements

Ensure external consultants comply with company-defined standards

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the SAP FI/CO area (ideally minimum 2 years IT project management experience)
  • General and integrated understanding of finance processes
  • Experience in Project Management in the area of implementation or development of business applications is a plus
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, result and performance oriented, teamplayer
  • University degree (business economics/information systems) or equal practical experience
  • Fluency in English, German beneficial
