Njnn is a general purpose IT Process Automation Tool / integration Platform as a Service, focusing on Automation of DevOps and ITSM processes. We connect applications, local infrastructure and cloud services to eliminate unnecessary manual processes while increasing service quality and customer satisfaction.
We are a start-up founded in 2018, operating out of Vienna, Austria.

Business Development / Sales

(m/w)

You will leverage your business skills and knowledge to create an efficient sales journey from identifying leads and turning them into customers. You bootstrap and drive the go-to-market in close collaboration with the founders.

Your tasks and duties:

  • Create, define and implement marketing and sales strategy
  • Drive Marketing and Sales activities targeting new and existing customers
  • Create and own on- and offline marketing and sales collaterals
  • Present product and solution at prospects
  • Prepare participation and represent Njinn Technologies at industry fairs
  • Draft offers, negotiate pricing and closing of deals
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis

What we would like you to bring to the table:

  • Experience in B2B sales and/or marketing of a Software product of 2 years+ (SaaS is a bonus)
  • Solid understanding of IT & Software Engineering departments and their processes and challenges
  • Ability to build strong relationships with business partners and customers
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in German and English
  • Ability to work independently and drive to get results & a high sense of urgency
  • Willingness to travel, mostly DACH region

The minimum gross salary for this position (full-time) in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 3.048 per month (x14). The actual salary depends on the experience level of the applicant.
