What you’ll do
- Assist in the creation of sustainability-related content and documentation
- Support data collection and analysis of ESG metrics and help build reporting systems
- Conduct research on regulatory developments (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy, EUDR, )
- Contribute to internal sustainability projects and the implementation of ESG measures
- Prepare presentations and decision-making materials for internal and external stakeholders
- Help organize and document ESG trainings and workshops
What you bring
- Ongoing or completed studies in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciences, Business with a focus on Sustainability, nonfinancial reporting or a related field
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills, and a structured working styleStrong interest in sustainability, climate change , CSR, and ESG regulations
- Initial practical experience in sustainability/ESG is a plus (e.g. university projects, student jobs)
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Salary
The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is between 1,900 € und 2,200 € gross per month (on a 40-hour basis). The salary is paid 14 times per year.
