Your Profile
You are an organised, reliable, and creative professional who can translate team needs into engaging visual content. You are passionate about design and understand the delicate balance between visual excellence and practical requirements. Rather than an expert in just one niche, we are looking for a versatile "all-rounder" who can learn fast and adapt to the evolving needs of an international team.
What you'll do
Working under the management of the Brand Manager, you will:
• Create visual assets for print and digital channels (brochures, posters, course books, booths, newsletters, websites, social media, etc.) — from concept to final delivery.
• Support the rebranding project: Assist in managing the upcoming rebranding in collaboration with external partners, ensuring consistent and timely execution.
• Brand Coherence: Respond to internal graphic requests and ensure a unified brand voice across all teams.
• Production Management: Prepare print-ready files and coordinate directly with printers and external vendors.
What you bring
• Academic Background: Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a startup or agency, is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
• Digital & UX: Basic skills in Figma. A solid understanding of UX principles is required (a background in UX is highly welcome).
• Web & Marketing: Basic WordPress/CMS editing, HTML/CSS, and familiarity with e-mail marketing tools (e.g., Brevo). Experience in Canva is a plus.
• Multimedia: Basic photography, image optimisation, and experience in video editing or motion graphics.
• Excellent command of English.
• Mindset: Curiosity and fast learning are key. You should be eager to master new tools and stay ahead of design trends
What we offer
• An international, friendly, and supportive workplace with a healthy work-life balance.
• The possibility to work on meaningful projects with a real impact on healthcare.
• Flexible home-office options.
• Benefits: Wiener Linien annual ticket and MyClubs membership ( both covered after 3 months of employment).
• Salary: Per the “Werbung & Marktkommunikation für Wien” collective agreement: minimum EUR 2.543,40 gross/month. We are happy to offer you an attractive salary matching your qualifications and experience.
