Your role
In this role, you will sit at the exciting intersection of cutting-edge semiconductor physics and AI-driven process innovation - shaping the future of power electronics with the tools of tomorrow.
Key responsibilities in your new role
Develop new leading-edge Si PowerMOSFET's to realize new power devices addressing the application needs while meeting performance, cost and quality targets
Plan, coordinate and evaluate process experiments including AI-supported statistical DoEs (design of experiment) with available in-line metrology and electrical test data and to meet performance targets while ensuring process window stability for high volume mass production
Drive necessary reliability investigations, electrical characterization, and application tests to validate the performance and the robustness of the product
Define unit process requirements along the technology roadmap, together with unit process development engineers
Support ramp up and yield learning phase of new technology platforms together with the process integration group
Implementation of improvements regarding cost, yield and stability with change management processes and/or technology projects
Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
A university degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences or comparable
1-3 years of relevant experience in technology development or process integration or comparable
Sound knowledge in semiconductor process technology and semiconductor physics
Knowledge of MOSFET technologies and product portfolio of Infineon is an advantage
Collaborative and innovative thinker, thriving in international, multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent English communication skills and ideally basic German skills and/or willingness to learn it
We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G (https://www.feei.at/aktuelles/mindestloehne-und-gehaelter-eei/). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
