About the Role

• Independently analyze, design, and develop embedded operating systems for high-security controllers in an agile SCRUM environment
• Work with state-of-the-art microcontrollers, modern IDEs, and industry-leading development frameworks
• Work on security-critical software for authentication, cryptographic operations, and secure data handling
• Build and support applications and applets in the smartcard domain
• Collaborate with international leading technology partners to drive innovation in the embedded sector
• Use AI-supported tools for code assistance, refactoring, testing, and documentation

Your Profile

• Technical degree (University or University of Applied Sciences)
• Experience in smartcard software development
• Knowledge of standard and protocols such as JavaCard and GlobalPlatform
• Hands-on experience with IDE tools like Eclipse, Keil, and GlobalPlatform utilities
• Familiarity with version control systems e.g. Git or SVN is a plus
• Experience with AI-based tools for software development and debugging is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English
