You'll be responsible for the end-to-end development of premium jersey and sweat products, ensuring innovative functionality, superior quality, and efficient production processes from concept to bulk.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

COLLECTION DEVELOPMENT

In this role, you'll oversee fit, workmanship approvals, graphic execution, and product documentation for our jersey and sweat categories. Working closely with Design and Product Management, you'll support the development process from concept to final product, ensuring all garments meet quality, fit, and technical standards.

COSTS

You'll manage and drive the target costing process for your assigned styles, partnering closely with Sourcing, Buying, and Quality to achieve the optimal balance of product innovation, margin, and price. Throughout the entire product lifecycle, you'll maintain clear, proactive communication with our suppliers, challenge cost drivers, and identify optimization opportunities to ensure commercially competitive and premium products.

FIT & QUALITY

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and approving garment fit throughout the entire development cycle, including active participation in fittings. You'll review and validate workmanship, construction details, and graphic applications to ensure they meet our standards. In addition, you'll create and maintain accurate product documentation and technical files to support a smooth end‑to‑end process. You'll partner closely with Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Buying, and our suppliers to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed. In doing so, you'll consistently safeguard both timelines and quality standards across every stage of the process.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

  • 3 + years of proven experience in product development for jersey, sweat and sportswear - essential.
  • Deep understanding of jersey fabrics, trims and garment construction/ workmanship.
  • Strong expertise in apparel graphics (placement, print techniques, embroidery, applications).
  • Advanced user skills in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator and LM tools.
  • Structured and reliable team player with a hands-on, analytical mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in working with cross-functional teams and international suppliers.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, functional sportswear and impactful apparel brands.

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR2.334 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
