cargo-partner is in search for the IT Service Performance Manager who can act as an interface between IT and various departments - corporate controlling, finance & accounting, managing directors.
Overtakes existing framework of IT KPIs and continuously defines more needed KPIs over time
Collects and reports KPIs in the agreed intervals
Monitors, maintains and updates the IT service portfolio, the connected contract framework and charging infrastructure
Aligns with IT department managers and IT product owners on the IT service catalogue continuously
Guides IT organization regarding commercial processes (e.g. correct incoming invoice booking, intra-company contract realization, etc.) based on established operations documentation, policies and procedures
Supports IT decision making (e.g. cost-benefit analysis) and commercial processes (e.g. IT budgeting process)
Supports dedicated IT audits with related/required number-based material
University degree (IT, logistics, computer science, etc.)
conceptual technical understanding of IT industry and related services and terminology
understanding of an IT service catalogue and best practices in the monthly charging thereof
ability to imagine/create/implement/continuosly improve an in-depth IT-wide controlling concept (operational and commercial KPIs)
Analytical, cross-system thinking
Responsible and solution-oriented working style
Good communication skills and hands-on mentality
Fluent in English - German language is an advantage

Depending on professional qualifications and experience, a gross annual salary of EUR 42 000 will be paid. *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
