Enterprise Account Executive

Description

Kaleido is hiring an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive the growth of our customer base of Enterprise-scale customers. Our products remove.bg and unscreen.com are the market-leading solutions for automated background removal with Artificial Intelligence, and future visual AI products used by millions of users every day.

Your tasks

  • Drive revenue and market share in defined territories and industry verticals
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets in excess of seven digits ARR targets
  • Help build and develop our enterprise sales operations as one of the first sales team members
  • Build and manage long-lasting client relationships from the first product demo down to closing of deals and beyond
  • Create and articulate compelling value propositions to enterprise clients around the globe in industries ranging from ecommerce, automotive, fashion, media, entertainment and more
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, working closely with SDRs and the marketing team
  • Work with all departments and external partners to reach and drive value creation and customer satisfaction
  • Manage contract negotiations internally and externally
  • Show basic understanding of software development and architecture and support customers in their technical implementation during trials
  • Ensure customer satisfaction together with the customer success team
  • Occasional travel to fairs, conferences, seminars and exhibitions

Your profile

  • Min 5 years of overall sales experience, at least 24 months of experience in enterprise sales
  • min 1 year in software or other high-tech B2B sales
  • Very strong communication skills and high empathy
  • Experienced in negotiating high value deals in international settings with senior decision makers
  • Experience in working online with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Tech-savvy, creative thinker with an ambition to make innovation happen
  • Basic understanding of software development and architecture
  • Team player who also enjoys working independently and precisely without supervision
  • Fluent in English, self-motivated, ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes

Hard facts

  • 38.5 h/week
  • The minimum salary for this position is EUR 55.000 gross per year or more, depending on your qualifications and experience
  • You receive company shares of a rapidly & organically growing, bootstrapped company
