HR with focus on Talent Management / Learning & Development (m/f/d)

Under the direct supervision of the Head of Global Talent Management you will be responsible for the development of the appropriate talent management methods and instruments to support the overall strategy, to ensure that critical talent pipelines are in place and the subsequent processes are established and aligned, to design and plan the delivery of leadership and people development strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and the implementation of a talent strategy to ensure processes are business relevant, simplified and executed consistently to achieve desired HR results
  • Support in developing the adequate methods and instruments to support learning strategy including digital/new media (e.g.: eLearning)
  • Support driving the global leadership and people development initiatives across the organization
  • Help building capability through talent management, succession planning for key positions
  • Support the development of a performance driven culture
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, monitoring and adaptation of the appropriate performance management instruments (e.g.: Performance Dialogue, People/Talent Conferences, Talent Talks) - support management in the appropriate use of these instruments

Qualifications:

  • Relevant educational & professional experience (Bachelor or Master-Degree), part of which related to human resource management and/or talent management e.g. job design, talent acquisition, succession planning, learning and development, performance management
  • Experience in a very fast and changing environment; Demonstrated knowledge of modern competency building/employer branding and good experience with provider management, including bench-marking
  • Define the need of the diverse stakeholders and combine with the learning and development portfolio
  • Proven experience in working successfully as part of a diverse team and collaborating effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
  • Data analysis -collect, gather, and analyze data and present concise actionable results; synthesize their findings and publish written reports and give recommendations based on the data; be Digital native: strong usage of Power Point Presentation, general understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Program management -oversee the delivery of diverse development programs (people, leaders, Talents) and manage multiple resources to achieve objectives
  • Communication & presentation skills - building strong relationships is a must-have skill to connect with fellow leaders and employees and clearly present on a wide variety of career related topics
  • Organizational skills - strong planning and problem-solving skills are essential

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.960,87 gross per month (x 14) and an overpayment depending on your qualifications and experience.
