As Product Management Assistant (VRV & Applied) at Daikin Central Europe, you will take ownership of defined product topics and actively contribute to the development, launch, and lifecycle management of our market‑leading HVAC solutions. Working closely with HQ Product Managers, affiliates, and cross‑functional teams, you will combine technical understanding with market insights to drive business success across the region.

Your Responsibilities

• Support HQ Product Managers in the development, launch, and lifecycle management of VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) and Applied products
• Prepare market, application, and competitor analyses to support clear product positioning and sales arguments
• Act as a central, structured interface for product related requests from national sales organisations, coordinating closely with internal technical and product experts
• Support the preparation and rollout of technical and commercial product trainings, as well as product launch activities
• Create and maintain presentations, catalogues, pricelists, and other product documentation while ensuring consistency and quality of information
• Support the organisation and execution of customer, partner, and internal HQ events and meetings
• Prepare presentations, meeting summaries, and structured follow up documentation, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, and Product Management stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field
• Ideally, 1-3 years of professional experience in Product Management, technical sales, engineering, or a comparable function
• Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• A structured and process oriented way of working with the ability to turn complex information into clear conclusions
• Strong coordination and communication skills, combined with a hands on, proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders
• Genuine interest in technical products, market dynamics, and international business environments
• Fluent English skills; German is an advantage but not a must

The salary range starts at an all-inclusive gross annual salary of EUR 42.000,- (based on full-time employment) depending on qualifications and experience, a higher salary is possible.

This position is offered as a limited contract for a duration of 24 months.
