As Senior Director, HR Hub Lead for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) you are responsible for overseeing HR operations, governance, and strategic HR initiatives across Austria, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Czechia, Romania, and Hungary. The role ensures consistent execution of HR policies and processes and supports organizational objectives across diverse markets. It also serves as a key member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team and acts as the Country HR Lead for Austria.
