Non-Financial Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)
How You"ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- In this role, you work in an international and cross-functional team that provides expertise on international CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and the EU Taxonomy and supports the countries with advice and hands-on assistance
- You assist with the set-up of the NFR (Non-Financial Reporting) control system and its future monitoring
- You support the preparation of NFR benchmarking and NFR manuals
- You drive key initiatives in data quality management, including country-specific and plausibility checks
- Together with the team, you work on the preparation of consolidated Non-Financial Reports gaining deep insights into the ALDI SOUTH Group
- You take on a key role in NFR report design and formulation
- In short: You are actively involved in the exciting international implementation of NFR and will become familiar with both the technical and specialist aspects
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have completed a business-oriented or sustainability reporting qualification, or a commercial apprenticeship
- You have professional experience in project management with a focus on finance
- You have CSRD and EU Taxonomy knowledge
- Knowledge of reporting is an advantage
- You are confident in using computers, particularly MS Office
- You have fluent German and very good English skills
- You enjoy working in international teams
- You are characterised by an analytical and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as excellent teamwork skills

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from EUR 54.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
