Digital Trainer (f/m/d) *
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging in-house trainings on tools, systems and platforms such as SharePoint, Confluence, Jira
- Create clear, user-friendly training materials (end-user guides, best practices, videos and courses in Canvas LMS) and monitor, evaluate and report training impact
- Drive M365 adoption and digital workplace enablement across teams
- Teach appropriate and responsible AI/LLM usage for day-to-day work
- Collaborate closely with tech and project teams to align enablement withdelivery
- Stay on track with technical developments, translate them into learning offerings and proactively engage stakeholders to champion a change-readyculture
Your strengths and skills:
- A degree in Education, Learning Technologies, Information Systems, Communications or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience delivering in-house training or other teaching experience in a technology domain
- Experience creating end-user documentation and training materials; familiaritywith instructional design
- Knowledge of LLM usage, M365, Power Automate, Confluence, Jira and business systems is a plus
- Professional proficiency in English (at least C1); German skills are an asset
- Strong communication skills; a structured, proactive, and curious mindset withthe ability to quickly learn usage of new technology solutions

Competitive compensation starting from EUR 35.000 yearly gross salary, with the possibility of overpayment based on qualifications and experience.
