(Junior) Internal Auditor

Your duties & responsibilities:

As (Junior) Internal Auditor you will support the successful completion of different, international audit projects, from start to the end, including preplanning and wrap up activities. In this important role you will be part of the team responsible to provide feedback and consultancy to our Management on operations and programs, established to achieve Group objectives.

  • Support the execution of the Group Internal Audit projects in all corporate divisions and locations with focus on the governance, risk and internal control management system
  • With the support of the more senior colleagues, analyze and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business processes by identifying associated risks and by creating the action plans to mitigate those risks
  • Support further development of the Group Internal Audit department and drive new initiatives (e.g. data analytics, introducing continuous auditing concept)


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree (e.g. Finance, Administration, Business Informatics)
  • Professional experience (e.g. in Internal Audit / Data Analytics) preferably in an international company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and preferably another language (e.g. German, Spanish)
  • Experience with data analytics (e.g. PowerBI, Celonis) and ERP systems (SAP or MS Dynamics AX) would be considered as advantage
  • Critical and analytical mindset, eager to learn new business insights and explore different company cultures
  • Curious to understand how organizations operate (business processes), challenge the status-quo
  • Quality driven, hands-on personality, and a team player
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement amounts to EUR 38.682,28 plus overpayment (for full time). The overpayment depends on the qualifications of the jobholder
