Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Developing new ideas for solving technical challenges in semiconductor manufacturing as well as driving their implementation forward
  • Ensure active knowledge management (development, exchange and transfer) within the department and with other Infineon sites
  • Coordination of process, improvement, support and development in the manufacturing of future technologies as well as ensuring quality standards
  • Improving the stability, yield and reliability of our products and equipment by defining and implementing measures
  • Support troubleshooting and identification of the cause of process and quality deviations as well as corrective actions
  • Responsibility of equipment and process releases and support of process and technology transfers
  • Identifying, analyzing and optimizing operations with respect to line flow

With the following qualifications you are well prepared:

  • University degree in a technical/scientific field such as physics, chemistry, process engineering, materials science, electrical engineering, mathematics, mechatronics or a related field of study
  • First experience in semiconductor industry
  • Ideally first contact with FMEA, 8D, 6-Sigma
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
  • Team player with a high degree of personal responsibility

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group F-G (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
