Job description

In this position you will be part of a development team within the Sense and Control department in Graz. We develop mixed-signal RF products used for autonomous driving like e.g. tire pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) and 3D imaging (ToF). As a Lead Test Development Engineer you will lead a small team of test developers to ensure optimized production test solutions for our products.

In your new role you will:

  • Define test concepts and test strategies
  • Plan, coordinate and track the development of test packages including
  • optimized production test software for ATE (Automatic Test Equipment)
  • product specific test hardware (PCB design and layout)
  • Analyzation and debugging of new products on tester
  • Be responsible for the transfer of the test packages to our production sites
  • Provide ramp-up support
  • Closely cooperate with other development departments such as concept engineering, design and verification, production and technology engineers

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree (Master) in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telematics or comparable
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in test development
  • Profound Visual Basic skills
  • Comprehensive know-how about mixed-signal testing
  • Basic knowledge in Project management and Team leading
  • ATE experience on Teradyne J750 and/or Ultraflex is preferred
  • Fluent English skills and good German skills

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry, at least employment group G-H (https://www.feei.at/leistungen/informations-service/mindestlohne-und-gehalter-2020). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. A higher payment is negotiable depending on your expertise and skills. Furthermore, Infineon offers additional employee benefits.
