To expand our team, we are looking for someone to fill the following full-time (38.5 h) position as soon as possible:

Senior Motion Engineer m/f/d

Your new responsibilities

Developing mechatronic solutions and drive systems for automated assembly machinery with focus on:

• Simulation, development, specification, qualification and documentation of mechatronic solutions with emphasis on control applications (consisting of mechanical, electronic and software components)
• Professional focus: Control technology, dynamics, electronics engineering, power electronics, metrology, systems theory
• Participating in and consulting on the evaluation of drives and drive systems
• Technical contact for internal departments as well as suppliers, clients and research partners

Our requirements

• Completed course of studies in engineering disciplines at a technical college, higher education institute or university
• High methodological expertise
• Competence in using relevant software tools in the field of motion technology
• Very good command of English
• Control systems, dynamics, structural mechanics, systems theory, drive technology
• Experience in software development for mechatronic systems
• Personal responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit
• Willingness to go on occasional business trips (worldwide)
