As Digital Analytics Trainee you'll develop and instrument various analytics tools in order to enable analyses of Red Bull's digital landscape as well as to drive both product and content optimization. Be prepared - based on your strengths and ability to manage topics, you'll take over a lot of responsibility and be pushed into projects you have not even heard exist!

DIGITAL ANALYTICS CONCEPTS AND TRACKING SYSTEMS

In this role, you'll develop and instrument various digital analytics concepts and tracking systems in order to measure success, but also to enable both product as well as content optimization

QUALITY ASSURANCE

You'll review tracking codes, debug implementations, and develop concepts to assure sophisticated quality assurance capabilities.

PRODUCT ENHANCEMENTS

You'll define products or product enhancements in your role, and you'll execute them together with the team.

NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

After a couple of weeks, you'll be responsible for national as well as international projects, which require strong coordination skills.

OPTIMIZATION AND DOCUMENTATION

To ensure the best possible workflows you'll optimize and document them in your work.

Experience

Your areas of knowledge and expertise

That matter most for this role:

• Education or first work experience in a creative field, e.g. in Digital Analytics Management, Digital Product Management, Digital Product Development or as Digital Product Analyst
• Deep understanding of digital analytics and the digital industry
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking as well as a data-informed mindset
• Solid technical understanding of e.g. web technologies, web development frameworks or instrumentation in the field of Google Analytics/Google Tag Manager/Cookie Consent Management
• A first experience with start-ups or in projects is a big plus
• Skills in JavaScript, CSS and/or HTML are a big plus
• Strong affinity to digital content and up to date with the latest trends
• University degree in in e-commerce, computer science, software engineering or business/economics
• Fluent in English, German or any additional language is a big plus
• Travel up to 10%
