Product Owner / Business Analyst (m/f/x) E-Commerce

To support our Shop Systems team we are looking for enhancement at our location in Graz. The international team successfully develops various open source extensions (e.g., which are used by our customers worldwide. Due to the very high project workload the team will also cooperate with two external teams in the future.

Your tasks

As Product Owner / Business Analyst you bring the product vision to the development team and ensure the best possible implementation of our extension. You will take on the following tasks:

  • Responsibility for the entire agile development process from requirements analysis to implementation
  • Creating user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing requirements as well as maintaining product backlogs
  • Planning and preserving the "Big Pictures" in cooperation with the Team Lead / Business Owner
  • Being a reliable contact person for the team and supporting them in case of additional queries
  • Actively participating in the continuous enhancement of processes and tools used in development teams

Your profile

  • Completed technical education in IT (Technical University (TU), University of Applied Sciences (FH), or Higher Technical Institute (HTL)) as well as several years of professional experience in a similar position, e.g. Business Analyst, Product Owner, Requirements Engineer, Product Manager
  • Knowledge of one of the e-commerce platforms such as Magento2, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Oxid 6, OpenCart oder Shopware is a plus
  • Very good command of spoken and written English, skills in German are a plus
  • Solution-oriented approach, analytical and conceptual competence and capable of always keeping the full picture in view
  • Intercultural mindset and pleasure in working with a diverse international team
