Your Opportunity

This is your chance to shape how the world sees and experiences woom—offline and in person. We are looking for an organized and creative Junior Brand Experience Manager (f/m/d) to join our Marketing Team.

In this role, you will be the guardian of our brand experience across retail stores, global fairs, and brand partnerships. You act as the central link between our headquarters, regional teams, and external partners to ensure that every physical touchpoint feels distinctly "woom". You thrive in a dynamic environment where project management meets brand aesthetics.

Your Mission

  • Global Retail Marketing

    • Own and maintain the global retail marketing playbook, including product specs, guidelines, and best practices.

    • Develop retail marketing assets, and master templates (e.g., specs in multiple languages).

    • Partner with regional teams to ensure consistent execution, while allowing for localized adaptations.

    • Identify supplier relationships for global retail production (EU supplier) and coordinate specifications for use by local producers.

    • Ensure brand guideline compliance across all retail executions.

  • Global Cooperations

    • Coordinate global cooperations (e.g., brand partnerships) in alignment with your leader

    • Support local teams in activating cooperations (offline & online) within their markets, balancing global consistency with local relevance.

  • Global Fairs & Events:

    • Plan, coordinate, and execute woom’s presence at international fairs.

    • Develop and manage fair concepts, booth design, and visitor experience in line with woom’s brand strategy.

    • Collaborate with suppliers, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

    • Evaluate fair performance and integrate learnings into future brand experience strategies.

Your Skills

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in brand management, trade marketing, or event/fair management. Experience in the consumer goods or lifestyle industry is a plus.

  • You are a structural thinker who loves checklists and timelines. You can handle multiple projects simultaneously (e.g., a fair in Germany and a retail rollout in France) without losing your cool.

  • You have a good eye for aesthetics and understand how to translate a brand identity into physical spaces (booths, retail displays).

  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and are confident in communicating with external suppliers, agencies, and internal international teams.

  • You are not afraid to get involved operationally—whether it's coordinating last-minute shipment details for a fair or checking print proofs for retail displays.

  • You are proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace. Basic knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira) is helpful.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German

Salary

For this position, we offer you a gross monthly salary starting at EUR 2.500 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.

Who we are

Our sustainable and lightweight bikes have won awards and created a loyal customer base all over the world! We are an international, multicultural team with more than 10 nationalities. Our working environment is flexible: in our cool office you sit in the middle of the team for optimal exchange, but you also have enough space to work in peace and the possibility to use home office. With over 180 employees it can be difficult to maintain the startup atmosphere, so we place a lot of emphasis on a friendly working atmosphere and extensive onboarding.

We focus on diversity and celebrate it. Equal opportunities for everyone and an anti-discriminatory personnel policy are particularly important to us.
