As a Junior Influencer Marketing Analyst, you support our Influencer Marketing team in driving revenue through influencer partnerships across markets and platforms. You bring an analytical, detail-oriented approach to campaign tracking, creator coordination, and performance reporting — contributing directly to the team's OKRs and Holzkern's growth.

This is a great opportunity to build hands-on experience across analytics, creator relations, and performance marketing in a fast-paced, data-driven environment — with real ownership from day one, on a schedule that fits around your studies or other commitments.

Your Areas of Responsibility

  • You support the execution of influencer campaigns within your platforms and markets, helping translate strategy into concrete, actionable steps.
  • You support the coordination of creator activations, helping make sure each one has a clear commercial purpose, and assist in evaluating outcomes.
  • You help ensure that every campaign runs smoothly and cleanly from start to finish — keeping the details in check so nothing falls through the cracks
  • You help us implement and test different influencer marketing levers — such as short-form, affiliate programs, and UGC/Partnership Ads — alongside senior team members.
  • You collaborate with internal teams (content, video, performance) and external agencies/creators to help keep campaign assets aligned and on track.

Requirements

  • First experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, or E-Commerce (through studies, internships, or prior roles) helps you hit the ground running.
  • Data-Driven & Analytical — You enjoy working with numbers, spotting patterns, and drawing sound conclusions, even from incomplete data.
  • Relationship Builder — You're comfortable reaching out to creators and partners, and enjoy building genuine, trust-based connections.
  • Agile Learner — You pick up new tools, platforms, and concepts quickly when given ownership and responsibility.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or working student experience welcome)
  • Strong communication skills and a good eye for the right creators
  • Excellent English (C1)
  • High standards around speed, quality, and ownership
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar is a plus

Hard Facts

  • Start of employment: asap
  • Working Hours: 20h
  • Duration: We are looking for a long term addition to our motivated team
  • Location: Our headquarters in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis

Enjoy our benefits

  • Real Ownership: Take charge of meaningful growth initiatives from day one with a direct, measurable impact on business performance.
  • Rapid Learning Curve: Gain deep, hands-on experience across analytics, growth strategy, experimentation, customer psychology, and performance marketing.
  • High-Performance Culture: Work alongside an ambitious, execution-focused team that is deeply committed to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Generous employee discounts for you and your loved ones.
  • Attractive flexitime work model with home office option.
  • Two legendary annual company events with the whole #TeamHolzkern - all inclusive :)
  • Regular team events with your team throughout the year.
  • State of the art technical equipment (MacBook).
  • Fresh fruits, coffee, tea, milk (also vegan and lactose free) in the office on site.
  • Healthy and balanced meals from Schrankerl. Holzkern pays 20% of each meal.

These and many other exciting benefits will await you at Holzkern.
