Your Responsibilities
- Establish and operate the technical support/service, including end-to-end processes
- Provide high-quality technical support (1st & 2nd level) to our institutional customers in the financial sector
- Act as the primary point of contact for all incoming requests via the internal ticketing system
- Resolve 1st & 2nd level support tickets directly with customers and document them precisely
- Analyze complex technical incidents and coordinate escalations to 3rd level support/software engineering team
Your Profile
- Several years of experience in IT customer support or service desk roles, in software or financial services
- Strong interest in our product and a genuine curiosity for technical systems and processes
- Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented, confident, and diplomatic mindset
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation to ensure timely incident resolution when required
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken

Gehalt
Based on your responsibilities, qualifications and experience we guarantee a competitive salary starting at 3,000 € gross per month on a 38.5-hour basis (overpayment expressly possible based on experience).
