Your Challenge

  • You support the operation, maintenance, and further development of our global HR systems landscape, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SmartRecruiters.
  • You contribute to the optimization and digitalization of People & Culture processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You take on 2nd-level support tasks, analyze requests from key users and business departments, and work with the team to develop sustainable solutions.
  • You participate in international HR IT projects, particularly in the areas of Recruiting, Core HR, Payroll, and Time Management.
  • You assist in improving data quality, system interfaces, and HR IT-supported processes across the HR technology landscape.
  • You work closely with People & Culture, Group IT, key users, external partners, and international stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • Professional experience in Human Resources, ideally in Application Consulting as well but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a similar field
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate thoughts and information clearly and effectively
  • Strong drive to meet and exceed performance targets with persistence
  • Innovative thinker, capable of developing new approaches and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement
  • Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate options and make decisions that align with established procedures and objectives
  • High level of integrity, consistently demonstrating ethical behavior and maintaining trustworthiness

In accordance with legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to disclose the minimum annual gross salary for this position as defined by the collective agreement, which is EUR 48,282.84 (Chemical Industry Collective Agreement). We are, of course, willing to offer a market-aligned overpayment depending on your individual qualifications and professional experience.
