About the Job

The Financial Analyst (f/m/d) will play a critical role with respect to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, growth planning and special projects across the company. This role will provide thoughtful insight into business trends to internal business partners and our executive team to facilitate key decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the broader Finance team and internal business partners on Month end closing activities to ensure accurate financials aligned with operational requirements and group policies.
  • Work on financial forecasting and business plan process in line with Local and Corporate guidelines and deadlines.
  • Responsible to prepare Revenue and Marketing investments variance analysis and narratives providing business insights to Senior management.
  • Support internal business partners with various activities related to business cases for investments.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit requirements related to revenues, pricing, rebates and marketing investments.
  • Act as a strategic Finance partner to cross-functional teams across the organization, as well as external partners, providing financial guidance and support on brand initiatives, business cases, and profitability optimization to drive overall business growth.
  • Involvement in Local and Corporate projects related to Commercial Finance activities.

Required Skills:

  • You have a completed degree in business with a focus on finance and / or accounting and at least 3 years of experience in finance and controlling. Experience in international environment is a big advantage.
  • You are familiar with the use of systems (e.g., SAP FI/BW) and have excellent MS Office skills. Power BI is an advantage.
  • You stand out due to your excellent communication skills (English and German) and interpersonal abilities.
  • You have strong knowledge in business process analysis and can demonstrate success in corporate improvement initiatives.
  • You are characterized by your structured, organized, and independent working style.
  • You bring motivation, commitment, problem-solving-competence, a high level of team spirit, and a hands-on mentality.

Salary:
For this position, we offer an attractive, market competitive salary. If you meet the above requirements, you can expect a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 48.500,- (based on full-time employment / 38.5 hours per week, excluding variable components, all in). Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher overpayment is possible. The final salary will be agreed upon in a personal interview.
