Your Tasks
- Managing a highly dynamic executive calendar with exceptional foresight and prioritization skills, including complex international travel arrangements, leadership meetings, and coordination across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Acting as a trusted and highly professional point of contact for external business partners, international stakeholders, senior management, internal departments and Executive Assistants, while ensuring a consistently approachable, service-oriented, and discreet communication style.
- Preparing executive-level presentations, reports, correspondence and executive documentation with outstanding attention to detail, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Organizing leadership meetings, executive visits, and high-level business events, including agenda management, preparation of materials, follow-up activities, and seamless communication across all involved parties.
- Supporting strategic, organizational, and administrative matters with a strong sense of ownership, reliability, sound judgement, and the ability to remain composed, flexible, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
- Handling highly confidential and sensitive matters with absolute discretion while ensuring proactive, trustworthy, and seamless support in all daily business activities.
Your Profile
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a comparable senior-level support role within an international and dynamic corporate environment.
- Proven experience supporting top management and collaborating closely with senior executives, leadership teams, and external stakeholders at the highest professional level.
- Successfully completed commercial education or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Outstanding organizational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, shifting demands, and time-sensitive matters simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a professional, approachable, and service-oriented mindset that builds trust across all levels of the organization.
- High level of discretion, diplomacy, reliability, and sound judgement in handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Ability to maintain structure, professionalism, and a calm overview even in demanding situations, changing priorities, and environments requiring a high level of responsiveness and flexibility.
- Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented working style with strong ownership and attention to detail.
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and confidence working with virtual meeting platforms.
- Excellent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken; additional languages are considered an advantage.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is EUR 3.181,21 per month based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
