Medical Affairs Manager (m/f/d)
Full-time (38 hours) or part-time by arrangement
Your Main Responsibilities:
Medical Marketing / Product Support:
- Building and maintaining up-to-date medical and scientific expertise on GL Pharma products
- Liaising with Commercial and Market Access (field and office teams) by providing medical input on launch strategies and creating/reviewing medical content and professional training materials
- Serving as a contact person for external customers/physicians/patients regarding medical and scientific inquiries
- Handling internal and external medical inquiries from various target groups in Austria and abroad
- Professional review and approval of informational, promotional, and press materials, ensuring scientific accuracy and adherence to all regulatory and pharmaceutical advertising requirements
- Scientific exchange with external experts and professional associations
Medical-Scientific Support in R&D:
- Assessing product proposals based on scientific data
- Pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic characterization of active substances
- Evaluating the therapeutic relevance of active substances and dosage forms
Scientific Support for Dossier Preparation / Medical Writing:
- Creating and approving preclinical and clinical modules of the eCTD
- Medical review of SmPCs, PILs, and labeling in German and English
- Supporting scientific advice procedures as well as medical queries within national and international regulatory submissions
Your Profile:
- A medical degree (human medicine); a licence to practice in Austria is not strictly required
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Excellent German would be an advantage
- Patient- and customer-oriented approach
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to convey complex medical content in an understandable way to various target groups

For this position, we offer an attractive salary. For legal reasons, we point out that the collective agreement minimum salary is EUR 4,270,14 gross per month.
Your actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience; typically, it ranges between EUR 59,782 and EUR 68,732 per year.
