Key Account Manager Aftermarket (m/f/d)

TASKS:

• Develop customer strategies and roadmaps for the aftermarket sector in collaboration with the Group Director of Aftermarket Sales and the cross-functional Aftermarket Organization Core Team
• Secure and maintain long-term business relationships with assigned customers, focusing on sales and profit responsibilities
• Guide the RFQ Team and Project Team on aftermarket-related subjects during the acquisition process and throughout product lifecycle stages
• Define pricing strategies, negotiate target prices and other commercial conditions with customers, and manage End of Life processes, including tool-scrapping and obsolescence management
• Continuously observe and analyze market and competitor activities to inform strategies and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business or a technical field with a solid technical understanding to sell automotive products
• Several years of experience in the automotive supplier industry, ideally in Sales Aftermarket; additional experience in the automotive lighting supply industry is preferred
• Strong negotiating skills, affinity for numbers, and experience working with international project teams
• Passion for working with customers in the automotive sector, proactive and assertive personality
• English business fluency is required
