As the Group Manager of Employer Branding & Internal Communications, you play a pivotal role in a newly-formed healthcare venture, contributing significantly to its immediate success and market positioning.

With approximately 13,000 employees across Austria, Germany, Switzerland, the UK, and the Czech Republic, this company stands for excellence in post-acute care, ambulatory care, and innovative healthcare services. Your strategic responsibilities include shaping the employer brand to attract top talents, promoting internal connectivity to enhance the employee experience, and seamlessly integrating initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion into internal communication strategies.

Your challenge:

Employer Branding:

  • Develop a comprehensive Employer Value Proposition to position the company as an employer of choice
  • Build and maintain the company's social media presence for potential and existing employees
  • Create communication materials and formats, including a career website, job advertisements, and presence on external career platforms (e.g., kununu, glassdoor)
  • Establish and manage partnerships with educational institutions and organizations for international talent transfer
  • Build and maintain an Alumni Club and employer quality seals
  • Conduct employer branding-related PR activities with traditional media

Internal Communications:

  • Support the ramp-up process of the new venture with active change communication
  • Manage processes for defining and communicating the company's vision and values
  • Establish and operate a group-wide, mobile-friendly intranet
  • Implement top-down communication channels such as executive videos, regular town hall meetings, newsletters, etc.
  • Build collaboration and exchange platforms within and between countries, such as Medical Board, Communities of Practice, and knowledge management
  • Establish regular feedback loops with employees (e.g., engagement surveys, focus groups)
  • Design and implement employee events, such as Christmas parties and summer festivals
  • Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives seamlessly into internal communication strategies

Your profile:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven experience in employer branding, internal communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative and effective communication strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for employer branding purposes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting and external communication teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with HR-related technology and tools
  • Relevant educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred

In addition to all the benefits already mentioned, we prioritize providing an appealing compensation package. The annual salary starts at EUR 80.000,00 reflecting the defined requirements.
