Engineering Manager Davits (f/m/d)

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate the Davit engineering team on multiple locations
• Develop products based on market demand
• Control projects and R&D budgets
• Collaborate with other product groups and business partner within the entire value chain
• Motivate, develop, manage disciplines and competences within the team
• Transform, organize and execute long-term strategic goals
• Maintain engineering related procedure and guidelines to meet future requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Completed technical education (HTL, TU, FH) in the field of mechanical engineering or similar
• Several years of experience in a technical field
• Basic technical knowledge of hydraulic and electric systems
• Knowledge of ERP, CAD (preferably Inventor or Creo) and PDM tools
• Leadership skills with the ability to understand and communicated within a diverse, multi-cultural environment
• Experience in cooperation with third parties is an advantage
• Interdisciplinary understanding and interest in teamwork
• High commitment and flexibility
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fluent English - both spoken and written, further languages are desirable

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 50.286,18 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
