Technical Partner Consultant (m/f/x)

What you'll be doing:

‒ You will acquire a profound understanding of our product through diverse trainings and proactively familiarising yourself with the complex subject

‒ You will proactively connect to and exchange with internal stakeholders to improve your knowledge

‒ You will technically consult clients and partners on how to best integrate and support our products

‒ You will support clients and partners in setting up the right business processes on our digital platform for their individual cases

‒ You'll analyse the essence of integration issues and propose best practice solutions to overcome them

‒ As part of a newly established team, you will not only be continuously spotting areas for improvement but also contribute to determining the right structures and processes

What you bring to the role:

‒ You have completed an IT education (HTL, University, FH, apprenticeship or similar)

‒ You are an excellent and proactive communicator

‒ You are not afraid to try out new things and dig into technical details

‒ You understand how to meet people on their ground and create constructive solutions with them

‒ You can deal with a dynamic agile environment, but conscientiously keep the overview and you are able to establish structures

‒ You have a basic willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%, might be a few weeks at a time) and intercultural competence

‒ You have strong communication skills in English (verbal and written). German would be an asset.

‒ A minimum salary of EUR 48.370,- gross per year for an Austrian employment is intended for professionals with at least 3 years of experience. However, we offer a salary in line with the market, depending on your specific qualifications and experience.
